Upon filing, each complaint submitted is directly routed to the concerned operator, setting a ten-day deadline to offer a solution. Although Anatel does not engage with complaints on a case-by-case basis, it does actively monitor the timeliness of responses and utilizes user feedback to press for enhanced service standards in the telecom sector.

For new users, a simple registration process is required, necessitating a CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) and password creation. Previous registrations older than December 11, 2019, will not be valid, ensuring users have access to the latest features and security measures.
